VSC EB1OR got GC

A very sad news to me though.

One of my colleagues (born in mainland China but have passport from other country) sent his EB1OR application to VSC even after me (This may, mine is end of April), and got his card by the end of Sep. Strangely his wife got the card by the end of October (they were both born from mainland). Sadly, my 140 hasn't been approved yet.
