Please Help on Reference Letters please

Dear Friends,

I am looking for people who can sign reference letters for me. I have received ITD from TSC requesting "independent" references. Just yesterday, two referees were scared away from the draft sent from my lawer, now I am back in letter begging.

I can also help for others. I have 7 IEEE publications on Speech Coding and mobile multimedia. Numerous industrial design in commercial production.
