Share my time line with you:

Sent application: July 2002,
Medical Exam: Oct 2003
Then went to backgroud check
Second Letter(Asking Passport: May 2005):
Since had a baby Feb 2005, submitted information for additional familly members.
Another medical exam for baby Oct 2005
Just received request for another medical exam for me and hubby since last one expired.
