Based on my experience and research, the only way is to keep contacting FBI and service center, be polite. DOn't blame. Just list the fact that your case has been unreasonablly delayed for so long, and such delaying causes whatever difficulty in your lift, such as emotional stress, finacial loss, and be accurate, don't lye. Don't use any harsh words, it does not help. Make the letter short but describe exact your problem.

don't worry too much, it will finally work, don't be panic. Just live your life as what is supposed to be.
