45 days letter from Backlog Center in Phila

前麵一位朋友說他受到了此信，LC 2005年1月遞交的。我是2003年1月遞交了RIR申請，也應該轉到了費城的Backlog Center, 但至今沒有任何消息，有類似清況的朋友嗎？
