F1 Advance parole

My hu*****and is on H1b and I am on F1, we both received our AP.
(1)If I re-enter with AP, will my F1 be out of status?
(2)If my hu*****and re-enter with H1b but not using his EAD to work, my understanding is that his H1b status will still be elegible. Is that right?
