Thanks for the update. I really appreciate your effort to help others with similar case.

Just wondering do we have to do as you have done to send letter to TSC pointing out their mistake and asking for correct notice. Or as you mentioned it does not matter since they won't process cases as physician cases, which require different procedures etc.
