2. Visa processing fee, and reciprocity fee
how can i pay this fee? can I pay the fee the same date of my visa appointment?

3. Completed visa application, DS-156 and a two-inch by two-inch photograph
can I take this photo in usa? Because I am worried that I do not have time to take it in China.

4. DS-157
I am a postdoc working in a university. Do I still need this form?

7. An employment verification letter.
I am not sure what letter it is. Is it kind of like, a letter from my boss saying I am a member of his lab and please give me favorable consideration?

9. Your company's current annual report
I am in a univeristy. Do I need to have this?

10. Copies of your most recent US tax returns, if applicable
I am in a univeristy. Do I need to have this?
