回複：When lawyer-client relationship goes bad what should I do?

I think we hired the same lawyer.
He got too many cases so that he was unable to finish all the cases before 10/1. Therefore he asked all the clients to fill all the forms and write the cover letter accroding to his template. He did work hard those days because his office does not have any assistant to help him. But the thing we do not happy with is that he never reply emails and answer phone calls. You can not reach him unless you go to his office to find him.
I am also interested to the suggestions.
