In order to let congressman to pass this Bill, please ask YOUR RELATIVES and FIRENDS to send WebFax to congressman. They may not know or care if you don't tell them. My self didn't know this matter at all until my brother talked to me about it. It is very important to him and maybe very important to some of you too.

This bill has following benefits:

2. 配偶和小孩不占綠卡名額, 意味著綠卡名額增加2.5倍;
3. 馬上可以遞交485(即使仍在排期中),
申請回美證(AP)和工卡(EAD); 485遞交180天後可以換工作.

1. access http://www.isnamerica.org/fax/fax.asp
2. Once you get on the site, try to register first. It
only took a couple of minutes to register.
3. click link "Click Here to Do WebFax to
Senators/Congressman". The letter is already in the Msg, just click "Send", that will be all. You can send the letter to all Congressman in your state.
