I called both offices of one congressman today, but I was confused about which bill was.

(1)
Is that true House bill starts with H while Senate with S?

(2) Could you be more specific about the contents of the bill so that I can explain to them clearly what it is?

I will do it tomorrow. I want to be active though my situation might be worse/better than others, but being helpful to all Chinese is my philosophy. It is the time to use your generosity. United, we will win.
