NSC NIW RFE help

Dear all,

I got RFE from NSC, the officer is EX376. Was there someone's case reviewed by the same officer? What happened eventually?

He/she worte 2page and half comments and quoted huge amount of what in the recommendation letters. And tried to argue that we did not prove the points( national in scope, better than peers and labor certificate). Is this a very bad sign?
