if you use 半年前 date, you tell 移民局 you have violated the law.

Check if you have something that 移民局 will know you already moved. If not, you may think to use current date. Then when you are asked, you have something to argue that you moved temperarily 半年前, but permenently now.

You need to balance the risk. No one can make dicision for you.
