get more letters to prove your work has influenced their research and your field, if you can get letters from Editors, society chairmans, that will strenghten your case a lot
look at your citaions carefully, highlight the ones praising your work, if you have a lot of citations, compile a list for them.

Write a cover letter to emphasize your past accomplishments!
