help you to get a early PD. I assume you filed 485 already. To be on the safe side.
1. Change your job at least 180 days after you filed 485 in case your new NIW/EB1A get rejected although it is quite unlikely based on your strong background. If you have huge citaions for your work, you will be ok, just a matter of time.
2. Your pending 485 can be linked to your new NIW/EB1A 140 as long as your employer doesn't revoke your 140(quite unlikely).
