My wife and I were scheduled to give the second finger print(code 3) on Oct.12
Uscis website updated the information about receiving the finger print 3 days later after
done. I had consulted my lawyer about how the I-485 retrogradation would affect my case.
My lawyer told me that was nothing to with me. I just got confused because the online opinion
says that any case without being approved by the end of Sep. would be affected and accommodated to
new timing. I am just wondering any boday get approved after Oct. 1st with PD after May in 2000.
