My I140 is in EB2/NIW program and was approved after I appealed the case. Since my I485 was denied at the same time, I want to restore my I485 after I140 got approved. My concern is that if CIS made mistake and denied my I485 again, I should start my I140 again. That is really I do not want to try again.
