If your

LC approved and you can apply for I-140 now. I-140 is faster in most USCIS centers except NSC. once your I-140 approved, you can carry your Priority date and change to another job. but the new job from new company has to apply for LC-140-485 again, the benifit is you can use the old LC priority date while you file 485. another benifit is that the new job could be totally different from your the fisrt LC job. not like AC21, after you filed 485 for half year, you have to find a very similar job....hope you understand what I am talking.
