detailing the 485 processing steps. Usually when they receive your 485 application, they will input it into their system. Then they will find out that you have already got one in the system. Usually what they do is to replace it which the new one. But, as I said, you need to check to make sure.

There are some reasonable problems about duplicate 485s in the system, including VISA number. So you can submit another one, but you are highly unlikely to double your chance of 485 approval.
