I-140 approved, I-485 pending for 20 monthes.

first fingerpring code (1) more than 1 year ago.
second fingerprint code (3) 5 monthes ago.

Now I am asking for third fingerprint code (1) again a month later. Can anyone tell me what it means? Thanks a lot.
