B1 is for business and B2 is for visitor only, not good for working. I don't think you will get J1 also unless you will come to the same institition to pursue the same project you did before under the same J1 program. The only chance for a J1 to come with neither waiver or fulfillment of his obligation is with O1. But again, it's also tough to get O-1, so the best scenario for you is to come after fulfillment of your obligation.
