EAD Question

I used to hold H4 visa. My hu*****and and I have applied for green card, now our 485 is pending. I applied for EAD (for SSN purpose) and advanced parole and went back to China in the past summer. Now I don't plan to work and I don't want to travel out of the U.S. in the following year. Do I need to renew my EAD? Thank you for your advices.
