回複：Help! Can I send another I-140?

Consult your atterney before you do it. I told you "NO" if you apply the same catergory of I-140. The consequence is if one approves and one deny, you will be deny. You have do make sure before you do. I don't really agree 1416. Don't know the rule doesn't mean "right". It could be right or wrong. However, since I had similar situation like you, my imformation was from my legal consultant. Think it seriously.
