借人氣，問一下替嶽父母申請稅號的問題

我替嶽父母申請稅號, 填W-7表有幾個問題；

1)我選的是 D , Dependent of U.S. citizen/resident alien我是否應該把我和我太太的名字和社安號都寫上。

2) 有一段填表說明，看不明白，是否我報稅表的時候，要附上W-7。但是我現在是想先申請稅號。　

Caution: If you check box b, c, d, e, or g, you must file a tax return with Form W-7 unless you meet one of the exceptions (see instructions).
