doesn't mean to change 485 address. To change 485 address, you have to call/write to USCIS and require that. After that, you might have to change your 485 center. While I don't think filling AR-11 alone can make USCIS request you to change center.
If I were you, after filing AR-11, I would also ask USCIS to change my address to the new one. Or else, there will be discrepancy in your record, which might affect your 485 checking.
