急問：人被移民局抓了，能保出來嗎？

認識一打工婦，她老公是偷渡進來的，打工婦自己有綠卡，正幫老公申請身份，可前兩天老公被移民局抓走，說是驅逐令已發出兩年了，他們都不知道。打工婦急著要把老公保出來，也在請律師，但想知道大概多久能保出來。
