My petition is based on NIW.I am confused with the word of OR you mentioned.

Actually, I hope I can stay with my current employer for my paper. I guess it would take half a year to publish my paper.Anyway, I have worked for this bad guy for one and half year. Sometimes I donot know which is more important, paper or status?

My question is, if when I would be asked for providing more revidence, the immigrant officer would ask me to submit my employer'reference letter just to make sure I am in good condition now.At that time, can I transfer to a new boss who would be requested by me for a letter?If it would be true, is there any policy problem for that?
