I got my Ph.D in chemistry in a so-so university 2004.1 and have been working as a postdoctor in Biology since 2004.7.
6 reference letter, one from NASA ( my ph.D advisor's hu*****and), two from ph.D university, two from my current university, one from my classmate.
21 published paper, 3 first author, 6 first student author ( advisor is first author.)
121 citations
My research was reported by Business Week, Nature, MIT Technology review and other news.

DIY, two of my friends gave me all materials of them and help me to rewrite cover letter.

I got much information here. Thanks all of you guys.
