Hi: Does anybody know how to collect and present the documents to show my proficiency of English if I do not want to take the IELTS test when I apply immigration to Canada from USA? I haven been in USA more than three years and have the papers published in English and have taken the TEOLF and GRE tests. May I write a statement saying I have been studying and using English every day and present them TEOLF and GRE test scores?
