Thank you so much for sharing the information. Did the rejection letter contains any words like "your original application has been approved, but the application for approval notice duplicate is rejected?" I called USCIS today and they said the record can be found if I fill I824. But I read the I-824 instruction and it said your original application must be in effect to file.
