We know somebody's concurrently I-485 was rejected for no Visa No.! That means I-485 could not be submitted with I-140 after Oct.1. Even a guy got I-140 approved. the approved notice stated you can not submit I-485 untill PD, because the I-140 is alone submitted.

However our RD of I-485 has the time frame of 850-900 days, which is the normal time and not the five year PD.

God bless us who have I-485 pending!
