usually response RFE in 120 days..so you could have at least 3 pay-tab in 2 months and reply it back...should no problem.

the prevailing wage is for the future job (after your GC is approved) should not related to your current wage.
H1 is different situation from LC/140/GC. don't mess it up.

I guess they need to know if your company has ability to pay your wage. usually when you file 140, you should file company's financial report or tax form...don't know if your lawyer already filed it.
