NIW E2 REF NEED YOUR HELP

I was required to (1 is in bold)do the following REF. Any one can give me a hand?

1. provide a credential evaluation so that a determination can be made as to whether your foreign degree is equivalent to an advanced degree in the united states.
The labor certification process exists because protecting the job opportunities of US workers is in the national interest. The petitioner must establish that the alien will serve thenational interest to a substantially greater degree than would be an available US worker having the same minimum qualifications. Because the labor certification process is already in place to address labor shortages, the national interest waiver is not to be based on ameliorating a local labor shortage.

2. Submit evidence to persuasively establish that national interest would be adversely affected if the benefiviary were required to obtain labor certification from the US department of labor. Would a US worker with the same minum qualifications be able to perform the same occupation and serve the national interest to s similar degree? How will the individual alien serve the national interest to s substantially greater degree that other individuals having similar credentials in the field? please submit persuasive documentary evidence to substantiate your response.
