485 pending-change job now, any impact?

My EB-2 NIW has been approved, my I-485 is pending (submitted in early September). My project funding is running out (employment contract term ends by end of November), I have just got a good job offer (110K) from a leading consulting company to work in the same field.

If I change my job now, would it impact my GC application ?
