Questions for J1 Visa

Hi All!! i am holding J1 Visa now, under Training section and sponsored by AIPT. If anyone has had similar situation or know J1 Visa well, please tell me if i can transfer hosing employer and how to do so, ie. reasons. THANKS A LOT!!
