At this situation, your have to pause your medical for now until the new baby is born.
The reason is: until the new baby's application has been
approved, can your whole family be approved.

So at this time, you need to do following:
1) Send a letter ( better with your doctor's comment) to
CIS and tell thme that your wife is now pregnant, and you will wait until the new baby is born.
2) Wait for the new baby.
3) After the new baby is born, send a new application form for him/her together with his/her application fee to CIC. Then the CIC will send you a new medical form for the new baby.
After that with your own medical forms and the new medical form for the baby, you can do the medical.

In short, a new baby will delay your CA immigration for several months, but you have no other choice but wait.

This is what I have experienced about one year before.
