In my case, online informatin changed to indicate the receiving of RFE materials. LUD changed exactly the same as my wife's. But online status never changed after RFE, while my wife's online status changed for one hundred time ( from approval to card ordered to card sent to approval again). My wife got her card already.

I called for three times. Twice they told me the case was approved, and once the lady told me not yet (confusing, even to CIS officiers). But I am the primary petitioner!
