You will need to call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 to schedule an appointment for fingerprints/photographs for your I-765 application. They will ask for your receipt number (provide them with the I-765 receipt number) and your ASC Fingerprint Code (2). Biometrics are collected on specific receipt numbers, so it is necessary for you to provide biometrics for your I-765, even though you have already provided them for your I-485.

You may be asked to pay the biometrics service fee during your appointment at the Application Support Center. The National Customer Service Center should be able to answer your questions about payment.
