加拿大移民，請高人指點

I want to apply immigration to Canada. There are several questions about the documents required:
1. Do I need send work contracts to Bufflo? But I never sign such contract in China . Or just a work experience certficate form the company I worked before is fine?

2. I am a student and I worked as RA in US collage. Do I need ask a recommand letter from my professor?
