issued by FBI, got it? To get that, you need to go to the polic office to have your FP taken on their special card, then they will seal it in an envelope. Don't open it. Send it to FBI (you can find info in your Canadian immigration kit, or try to find it online)

Once you receive the FBI certificate, send to Canadian consulate together with your stuff.
