How to get a divorce here

1. it is not an automatic divorce what ever long you disapear.
2. need at least one of the spouse go to local court to file a petition to devorce. many states are "no fault" divorce. in another word, don't need any reason or evidence of the other spouse's fault.
3. after the case get the Decree your marriage is dissovled (your are divorced).
4. this decree is the proof of your marriage is finished. (you can mary others or show ot BCIS)
