AP vs H1B

看到有回答說,用了AP還保持H1B,其實這是錯的,即便有人這樣做了,如果移民局不究
,其實也沒什麽,就像很多人都打過餐館黑工一樣,使用AP後,身份變成PAROLEE, PAROLEE必
須使用工卡才能工作,而且不再是H1B了.
