He received the RFE at the end of May or beginning of
June from NSC. He prepared what the lawyer asked him to prepare, then around 3 weeks after the lawyer mailed the package to service center, the service center returned the package and asked more recommendation letters, the lawyer didn't ask him to prepare more, and fortunately, he saw that by himself when he checked the RFE list and found that the lawyer didn't ask him to prepare the petition letter which was required by the immigration officer, till that moment, he realized that the lawyer didn't treat his case seriously. "sigh".

The above is a true story. That is what I mean two times. You do not have to believe it.
