OR and NIW

我也是10月1號前遞的I-140和485，I-140我同時申請了OR(EB-1b）和NIW. 幸運的是前天我二個140都批準了。我的律師把我的485是放在OR一起申請的，是不是485就隨著EB-1b排了，還是需要說明一下？非常感謝各位的指點！
