I have posted my case here before.:) Mine (I-140/485 NIW) was sent on Sep 29 to TSC by an attorney, received on Sep.30 (signed in by somebody). I got a receipt on Oct.3 with a case number. I guess my case was accepted otherwise it could have been returned to me after Oct.1. I am still waiting for news from my I-140. Yesterday I received a FP notice appointment on Dec.6.

I think you should find an attorney, since my attorney told me not to worry as long as my package was sent before Oct.1, he would argue if my case was not taken. After we sent it he then emailed me“we have beaten the deadline!”
