You do not have to worry. My case is very close to you. My I140 of NIW got RFE from Vermont. After submitting RFE, I got approval 6 weeks later. I do not think RFE is so negative. Sometime, they just want to double check you status to make sure your case is true. Based on your background, it looks pretty simple. So long you did not switch visa too much, CIS will response you pretty soon and positive. You case is pretty strong I would say.
