My NIW:post-doc,Ph.D. in chemistry in 2003
8 recommendation letters, 2 from NIH (including senior director), 1 from DOS, others from professors in best universities. 9 publications, 6 first author pubs., >50 citations. I got RFE and my lawyer said I have 50% chance to win at VSC. Anyone can share the real fact here at VSC?
