Did you call CIS to ask?

Same thing here to me. My daughters got approval notices and my wife got the card. But I, as the primary petitioner, never got anything, even online status did not change (saw same LUD as my wife's). I called CIS twice and they told me surely my case was approved. Now just waiting. Already more than one month. Don't know how they work.

Guess you are in a similiar situation as mine.
