申請H1B需要多長時間?

現在是F1,PhD在讀,有Master's degree. 有可能拿到一個not-for-profit機構的offer.

請問:
1) not-for-profit不受H1B名額限製,對嗎?
2) 需要多久才能拿到H1B?
