My I-140 was approved at TSC today. Filed on 09/29
RD: 09/30
ND: 10/03
AD: 10/24
9 reference letters(8 American, 1 European, 2 independent.) I do not feel I have a strong case, but did it anyway. It seems to me that the reference letter is the most important. We spent almost 9 months on collecting all the letters. So try to collect the best letters you can get. My lawyer and I worked together to write a petition letter almost 40 pages long. Hope this information is helpful to people with similar situation. Please trust your loved ones. And wish everybody good luck! I learned a lot from this site. Thank everybody who contribute!
